Gutted about my lash lift, have written to the salon but not heard back. One side, my lashes are over processed to the extent that the ends are frizzed and bend back out the wrong way (literally point forward). On the other side, some damage but the main issue is that it’s less of a curl up, but a stepped kink instead. So, they don’t match, are damaged, and through research and seeking a second opinion , I’m stuck with them until they grow out. No hiding them. Confidence destroyed :(
