It my first time going there for a Hollywood wax and i wasn't disappointed. It was quick and relatively not as painful as some places which I've been to in the past.

The overall experience was good and the end result of the waxing was also good. However, I noticed that the cleanliness and hygiene was not great. Gloves were not worn and the wooden was stick was dipped multiple times in the wax pot. I have been to many salons where gloves are worn and the staff used one stick per dip in the wax pot. Also the beauty therapist was rushing to get me out of the room, felt a uncomfortable though the process.
