I wasnt made to feel welcome or comfortable. My therapist hardly said a word to me throughout the appointment, used 2 or 3 wax strips for the whole area which she ripped off with no warning and left hairs, the process felt rushed and was over in under 10 minutes. It now looks as though I have shaven, having left bumps and I have purple marks which looks like bruising on my right side. I have never been left looking like that from a wax and will not go back for any treatment.

The treatment was very quick with minimal pain and I was very happy with the end result. Immediately, I was put at ease and there was the choice of taking a break if I ever felt uncomfortable. I would 100% recommend this place!
