I booked a luxury pedicure, no Polish. At start mentioned my heels will need most attention as I had some dry skin. Pedicure was basic, 40min not 1 hour, when I came back home and the cream dried my heels have same amount of dry skin. Disappointed.

I followed Hayley from her previous location as the service she provides is excellent. She is very professional in her conduct. She has lots of experience and runs the business efficiently. The appointments run on time and the treatments are conducted quickly without feeling rushed. The current location suits me even better; right in the city centre is very convenient, but discreetly located in a lovely little arcade off the main street.
The online booking system also works very well.
