The Regency London Salon is very conveniently located in the Olympic Village. The staff are really friendly staff and I was very happy with my wax. Would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful place and local to where I live. I've had pretty bad waxing experiences in the past so I was feeling a bit nervous but it was the best experience I've had so far! I had a bikini, full leg, arm and underarm wax. My therapist was quick and thorough and made me comfortable enough to mention when there was an area that had been missed. My only issue is the way that the door to the room opens up... not much privacy, maybe they can invest in a folding scene to maintain the dignity of the customer. Aside from that, great results... I'll be back.

I had manicure and pedicure done with two different ladies. The manicure was badly done and took ages for such a bad result! The pedicure was perfect, and I was very satiesfied. The shop is new and spotless, very quiet and relaxing. The staff is very kind and the offered me some refreshments as well. I don't think I'll come back for a manicure again.

This salon is in a very convenient locations, very close to Westfield & Stratford International. My manicure and pedi are still going strong ( the latter was a regular pedicure rather than Shellac, which is impressive). Special thanks to the lovely lady who did the spray tan. I got a beautiful result. She (sorry didn't catch her name) really listened to what I wanted and despite my nerves (I'm not the most body confident person so wasn't looking forward to stripping off!) I felt relaxed. The spray tan is highly recommended.

When I arrived to the place the woman told me she don't do threading just waxing (I booked for threading) I accepted again because I really needed to had my eyebrows good that day. She didn't wax my eyebrows properly and she told me she needed to do the tint first to know how to do the shape. Then she did the patch test and asked me to come next day. Of course I didn't go, Im afraid what she can do with my eyebrows. No way I will go back to the salon again.
