Regency Beauty is really clean and has a nice ambience. The staff are friendly and attentive. I'm a wimp when it comes to waxing but they were very patient and helped me relax. Would definitely come again. The only slightly annoying thing is their insistence on booking outside Treatwell. I wouldn't have ever found them without it, plus the app is really convenient - it's a bit cheeky of them to encourage people not to use it!
