Second time at this salon- different beautician. Unfortunately she used some normal strip wax on one area of my bikini line- ripping some of the skin off leaving me bleeding and in pain.
Last time I came was great- not sure what happened!

The girl who did waxing was very friendly. However the waxing wasnt done at the level expected as hair showed up in a week's time..

Beautician did not ask me at all how I wanted them to be waxed, e.g. Normal shape, how thin etc. as a result was not overly happy with the result and had to pluck them when I got home to make them more even. She didn't speak to me at all, just lay be down and went straight in to wax them. More communication in future please

The beautician was great, she guides you through everything that's going to happen - if it's your first time getting a wax.
Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
