Very good value for money in a beautiful, chic salon. I'm going fortnightly for my shellac, the lady who does it has great attention to detail and I could probably stretch it to 3 weeks if I wanted to.
Staff are lovely and friendly. Treatment was painless and I was very pleased with the result. I do however think the prices charged at this salon are too expensive compared to other salons in the area.
I always enjoy my treatments, what lets the salon down is being told every time to book directly and not through Treatwell. Treatwell is a great app for me, very quick and easy, I found Regency on Treatwell so if it wasn't for Treatwell they wouldn't have my custom. The is time I was told I couldn't have my loyalty stamps on my card because I'd booked through Treatwell, even though I'd had 4 treatments this time and spent a fair amount. I also have a sunbed course with them, so clearly I'm rather loyal to Regency. I ended up having a rather awkward conversation with the lady on reception where I simply said 'you shouldn't sign hop to Treatwell if you don't want people booking through Treatwell'. I was told they have to pay a commission to Treatwell so they prefer not to. Not my problem I'm afraid. Twice I've been now the credit card machine has been broken so everyone is made to go to the cash point which is inconvenient. Booking through Treatwell cut all that out as I always paid on the app. Such a shame as I really do like the salon.
