I booked for a last minute mani. The venue isn't far from Westfield shopping centre, yet you pay about half the price compared to any of the salons inside the centre. It's a minimalistic decor with huge windows and marble-tiled floor. The mani itself was exactly what I paid for: shape, file and paint. They only seemed to stock essie polishes, so the colour ranges weren't as extensive as some of the places I've been. But limited choices suited me just fine, otherwise I'd spend ages trying to make my mind up. Verry happy with the shape and colour. Will revisit again in the future.

I came here with my 2 bridesmaids the day before my wedding. They did not rush us to go into our massages and made us feel welcome. They provided us with glasses for our champagne. The massages were great and very relaxing, just what we needed. I would definitely return for a massage. Only thing during the massage you can hear the music that is played within the salon it may take a few minutes to switch off from it. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be back.

I tried Regency Beauty after having to change beauticians when I moved to London. I had a Hollywood wax with Marina, who convinced me to try Hot Wax having only used strip wax before. I have an extremely low pain threshold and was worried about the change but Marina was an absolute pro. Incredibly thorough and practically pain free. I will definitely go back!
My treatment was completed by Rafaella and was fantastic and pain free. Really took time to make sure i was comfortable and felt like speaking with an old friend- instead of having this done. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Lovely treatment and beautiful salon however therapist didnt ask me about my skin (allergies etc) or explain anything about the products she was going to use. Also the radio was on very loud so it was hard to relax in the therapy room.
