Staff were nice, venue was clean although I was surprised not to be offered a tea/coffee in what is a more expensive salon.
There's no parking anywhere near the salon even on a Sunday and I ended up paying £8.50 to park in Westfield - not the salon's fault but would be nice if that had been made clear on their Treatwell page.
I had a shellac manicure which looked fine when I left but when I got home I realised there was a lump on one of my nails where I suppose a piece of nail filing had stuck to the nail and been painted over. I was surprised a trained manicurist missed this.
Within about five days the tips of several of my nails had started to chip. I'm guessing this is because the tips weren't 'capped' with polish as they are with gel nails - i've never had shellac before so I assumed the nails didn't need to be capped.
After a week I had to paint over all my nails because there were more chips. Very disappointing for a £32 service
