Treatment was great, staff friendly, and the salon was a lot nicer than other places I have been to which I've booked through treatwell. The problem seemed to be, if a staff member calls in sick, and you book through treatwell and appointment is cancelled, they don't seem to be able to contact you directly. This seems to have changed as the same thing happened to me after booking here in December, but I was called directly. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified at all. They managed to squeeze in my manicure but I had to return the following day to have the pedicure.
