I absolutely love coming here for a little relaxation and beauty treatments. It's not cheap, granted, but the staff are fantastic, great atmosphere and it's all worth it in the end.
I always request Roksana, whether it's for intimate waxing or having my nails done. She's quick, efficient and does a sensational job. And besides all that, she's wonderful. 5 stars, as always.

I have going for Regency Beauty for about six months, all staff are very friendly and highly professional. I have recently been having waxes from Rafaella, she is very friendly and chatty. Waxing is not generally a pleasant experience but when you are with some like Rafaella who knows what they are doing, you can relax and isn't as painful. If you want a quality wax and to be treated well Regency Beauty is the place.
The person I booked and usually does my wax did not do my wax. Instead I got someone who was clearly inexperienced if I hadn't have already paid for this I wouldn't have. Will not be returning worst wax ever.
