I have been looking for a while now a good beautician where I don't feel rushed àd I finally found it! Zoe was very friendly, and very competent. She made sure her work was done completely and as painless as possible. The range of services and wax (strip and hot) is also very good hence why I looked in the first place. I cannot wait to try the massages and nails.
The venue is very cute and welcoming too!
Will definitely go back there now!

Good choice of colours, didn't feel rushed and the girl who did my nails was polite, asking if I was happy with the job several times throughout my appointment. But several times she made a bit of a mess by going beyond the nail line onto my skin, and didn't clean away the filing dust under my nails before painting them so it mixed in and got sloppy. Not the end of the world I know, and I could tell she was trying hard to give good attention to detail (I only pointed out a couple of times where I needed cleaning up, most times she already noticed and corrected herself), but I paid a fair price for a 'special treat' and it just felt like maybe nails weren't her strength? I'd go back again - the venue is clean, products are good and I've had good experiences before, I will just hope I get a different person next time!
