Waxing experience wasn't what I expected. I been to another salon which will help me to trim my long hair before doing the waxing, as it can help to reduce pain. However, this time when I went to this salon, the therapist just remove it directly and I have great pain. And for the trimming part, you would need to ask for it, othwerise they wont do it (based on my experience) I personally felt that service can be better as the money I paid is not cheap too. What i would say is don't expect much from them (thats what I did) and if you fancy a quick and OK-waxing, then the place is good for you. that would be by first visit but also the last one.
Ladies' Waxing
Staff was super friendly. The salon just opened and all seems to be running smooth. The service was excellent, the lady who assisted me (Julia) was very friendly still professional and very knowledgeable about all products and services provided. I booked the Hollywood wax, which was done perfectly and very quick which was the best part.

Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
Used the salon before & it has been fine. Thought I'd have a pedicure as the constant sandal wearing has resulted in dry skin. The therapist soaked my feet and was scrubbing & removing hard skin on my feet. She made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. She told me my feet were in terrible condition and I needed a medical pedicure from a chiropodist to get rid of the inches of hard skin I had, she told me one foot had numerous verrucas and then laughed that I hadn't known about it, then after finishing my feet said 'well that was my workout for today I'm sweating'. I felt so self conscious after her words. I booked to see a professional chiropodist as was worried about the verruca, (which was confirmed I do not have) and was told by chiropodist that my dry skin can be treated by them but is really not as bad as the therapist made out. I moisturise my feet every night, the two nights following the pedicure the heel of my foot felt like a cheese grater had been on it, all rough and not smooth at all. No concerns with the salon over other treatments or staff but this was definitely not the relaxing pamper I wanted to treat myself too.
