It was great, I got there early and the beautician saw me straight away. I really like Regency, it's so convenient for me, reasonably priced and it smells so nice in there! My only negatives are that it was a hot wax yet she used quite a few strips and she kept applying the same strip on the same area over and over which then bruised me. But it was still very good and the bruise has gone. I will definitely go back.

Second time at Regency and much better than before - same great wax (I loved the eyebrow shape even before than before) but this time a receptionist greeted me and the Waxist was friendly! Really pleased - thought it was great.

Second time at this salon- different beautician. Unfortunately she used some normal strip wax on one area of my bikini line- ripping some of the skin off leaving me bleeding and in pain.
Last time I came was great- not sure what happened!

Such lovely and friendly staff, clean salon and great service! I had a normal polish manicure and would definitely recommend/come again!
