I arrived 5 mins late for my appointment, they had tried to call me but receptionist was a bit vlunt about it. Bo questions about me skin, what I wanted or any concerns before treatment began. Mask was put on and i was left alone for 15 mins.
This was not worth the money as I did not feel the service was personal or staff cared about their customers
