Previous I had good experiences here but on this occasion, the nail tech forgot to add the salts into my foot soak and left a lot of nail polish all over my cuticles.

Paid over £40 expecting a standard pedicure, but only found out it was a dry-only polish change when the therapist said "you're done!" I explained I wanted a soak, but despite the salon being completely empty, staff didn't offer to add one on or upgrade my service. The polish application was fine and staff were polite, but paying full-service prices for a dry treatment with zero customer flexibility was disappointing. I won't be returning.
