I usually get really good service at Regency Beauty but found the staff a little stand of fish and unfriendly on my most recent visit. I wasn't offered a drink when others who came in after me were, I also felt that they were trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible which is disappointing given that I go regularly and have recommended friends to go there giving them more business
Gel Nails Manicure
I got my threading done 3 days back and I have red marks (scratches) all over my eye brows which are so apparent and clear. The staff was very unprofessional I would say, this salon charges a much higher price for threading in comparison to the others and its not worth the money at all.
Facial Threading
This was a super last minute appointment that I booked for eyebrow threading the day I went on holiday. As always the service was brilliant and the staff at this salon are really friendly and great at the treatments they give. I would definitely book to come back here again.
Every time I come to this salon they are always very professional and very friendly. The ambiance is great and its always very clean. Lovely girls!
