After a previous not so great experience I decided to give Regency another try and I was not disappointed. I booked via Treatwell about 20 mins prior and they could still fit me in. I was greeted warmly as I entered, and was seen almost straight away. The therapist was great and got my eyebrows perfect considering I have never been there before. Regency will definitely be my local Salon from now on.
Facial Threading
Treatment was great, staff friendly, and the salon was a lot nicer than other places I have been to which I've booked through treatwell. The problem seemed to be, if a staff member calls in sick, and you book through treatwell and appointment is cancelled, they don't seem to be able to contact you directly. This seems to have changed as the same thing happened to me after booking here in December, but I was called directly. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified at all. They managed to squeeze in my manicure but I had to return the following day to have the pedicure.

Zainab was great at explaining the process to me and made my first eyebrow tint such a pleasant and easy experience!
