Good choice of colours, didn't feel rushed and the girl who did my nails was polite, asking if I was happy with the job several times throughout my appointment. But several times she made a bit of a mess by going beyond the nail line onto my skin, and didn't clean away the filing dust under my nails before painting them so it mixed in and got sloppy. Not the end of the world I know, and I could tell she was trying hard to give good attention to detail (I only pointed out a couple of times where I needed cleaning up, most times she already noticed and corrected herself), but I paid a fair price for a 'special treat' and it just felt like maybe nails weren't her strength? I'd go back again - the venue is clean, products are good and I've had good experiences before, I will just hope I get a different person next time!

Always such a friendly and efficient service, I think the lady is called Zainab, I have visited her a few times for eyebrow threading and she never fails to make them look great. Lovely, friendly and always explain what they are doing - definitely recommend

the regency beauty salon, is beautiful and very very very clean. The staff where all friendly and ready to help and the lady who did my threading appointment was very nice and polite and did a fantastic job.
maybe if the threading was done in a treatment room and not in the salon.
