Always great. Best nail place in Stratford for a GOOD manicure with all the care work, not just a measly cuticle push back and a file. Roksana is amazing. Spray tan was great, Roksana always makes me feel super comfortable.

I was very very disappointed with the service i recieved i spent £91 on waxing and it was done really badly. It seemed like the member of staff who did it had no training she just put the wax on in any direction and pulled it off in any too. It was my first time coming here and i regret that decision. It was not only very painful but it was such sloppy work and there was many big patches of hair left which i couldn't believe she missed. I also got a hollywood which was also sloppy with hair left and wax still left on my legs and arms. So disappointed as i spent money here which was a complete waste.

I had a French shellac manicure and it does look lovely. The beautician was very careful but this did mean that instead of a 45 min treatment it took 1hour15min which was a little while - luckily I wasn't in a rush! I was asked to pay £5 for removal and £5 for French so overall the treatment cost £45, which is quite pricey. Overall nice place and nice treatment.
