Staff was nice but unfortunately not at all knowledgeable. Facial finished 10min early and the 'advice' I was given was to do more facials, buy some masks (didn't know which ones I should get one I asked) and take more vitamins (also did not know which ones when I asked). Facials was maybe 60% done when it finished although there were 10 min left vs description of the treatment. Its a bit sad that it was so disappointing as the girls were all very nice.

Really lovely salon. Sometimes when you go into salons the decor is ugly but this salon is really pretty as you can see from the pic above. I rate my wax 4* because there was still some hair left around my arms and other places I got waxed.
