I had been to Regency before for a mani pedi which was an incredibly positive experience (the nail polish lasted for at least two weeks and the staff was absolutely lovely). So when I saw that they do relatively cheap brow waxes, I totally went for it. When I arrived, my beautician literally sat me down and started waxing straight away, without consulting me on anything like what I wanted my brow shape to be etc. She then proceeded to get some wax in my hair. What I also thought was strange was that there was no "soothing lotion" or something to cool the brows down afterwards...or maybe I am just to used to going to other brow bars! Although I am happy with the final outcome of my brows, I would not necessarily go back for a brow wax. I do recommend the mani/pedi's here though!!!

The parlour was very clean and was decorated to a high standard. The staff were nice and skilled. I was very happy with my results. Although prices may seem higher than other places, treatment is taken out in a relaxed environment which looks really nice and results are also of a high standard.

Really good thread and tint! Treatment done quickly, the girls were really lovely and professional.
Book directly with the salon though as had some issues with Treatwell and payment.

Arrived to my booking not being booked properly even though I tripled checked when calling. I don't think the thread was clean as I now have spots all around my eyebrows.
