I find the level of service very inconsistent. I had a great facial a few months ago but the one I had more recently was not thorough at all and felt like a waste of time. It’s a shame since I was looking forward to going back and having more regular treatments.

I’ve went to Regency Beauty to have a Shellac manicure and everything went well: both the space and staff are nice and I was really pleased with the final work. There was a slight delay (10 min, nothing major!), but I will return for sure.
