I came to get my shellac removed followed by a quick eyebrow appointment, which meant to last 20mins altogether. Spent 45mins waiting for my shellac to be removed when in other places in this time both manicure and shellac removal could be done. Was disappointed as my second appointment could not be done due to having already spent double of original time just for one part.
