Worst beauty salon experience. Arrived and waited patiently for 10minutes, wasn't even offered a glass of water. The lady then took me over to a chair and go set up. After an hour I was getting slightly concerned where the beautician had only attached eyelashes to one eye (the whole appointment was only supposed to take 60minutes). The beautician then asked me to open the eye she had been working on, my eye lashes were all stuck together I couldnt even open my eye properly, after she tried to separate them out I opened both eyes to see a horrific array of skewed clumpy lashes all going in different directions. Horrified, the manager agreed it was a shambles of a job and removed them all with a gel. I left after 1hr 15minutes with no lashes, a slightly bruised eye lid and still awaiting a refund from treatwell.

Wax was clean and efficient but the therapist did large areas all at once (despite me asking to do smaller areas at a time) which was quite painful. Also there was some small hairs still left but that could be due to ingrown hair. Overall I would rate it as efficient and still go back again for my next one
