What an unpleasant experience. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done in this salon for just over a year. I had HD done in there probably 4 times. I loved it each time but the staff changed and it’s just not the same. Quite a poor service, my eyebrows look just ok - I expect more from HD and the price I paid- I came out of there feeling pretty upset.
The girl made me feel bad about my eyebrows which didn’t grow as much as she thought they should. And I’m sorry they didn’t but I thought they were doing pretty ok. She questioned my choice of a dye (I like it pretty dark). It made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
I know they put pencil on after HD but this is not an excuse for doing a mediocre job. The girl couldn’t understand when I said that normally after the treatment my eyebrows look much better, kind of sharper and cleaner. She kept saying that the last time I got them done I must have got more makeup on them... I kept saying that I washed that makeup off at home and my eyebrows did look better than now... it was a confusing conversation. She didn’t offer anything to rectify it.
She must have got annoyed with me because she asked a colleague if she’d like to do my lashes. This upset me even more.
On a positive note it was the least stingy eye lash dye I’ve ever had.
