The saloon was clearly overbooked. I had appointment at 6.15 and they were a bit late to deal with me but I was not that bother, it was a bit more than 5 min. The issue was that you could really tell the lady who was doing my nails was stressed and hurrying to go to the next client.She missed some parts and some of nails were uneven. I know is not a big deal for shellac removal, but it put me a bit off for the next potential appointment and at the end you don't only pay for the service, but for the whole experience. All the staff was lovely and the place is super clean.
