Wax was clean and efficient but the therapist did large areas all at once (despite me asking to do smaller areas at a time) which was quite painful. Also there was some small hairs still left but that could be due to ingrown hair. Overall I would rate it as efficient and still go back again for my next one

I write this with mixed feelings as the therapist was lovely and gave me an amazing hand massage after the manicure, but I wasn’t able to get the colour I wanted (they’d run out because it’s a popular autumn colour which I would expect a salon to anticipate) and the paint job has not been great, partly due to the fact that the colour I did go eventually was probably also on its way out. I’ve always had great experiences here so I’m a little sad and hope this will go better next time.

Arrived early and was seen to straight away for my spray tan. Was given the different shades and recommendation of what would be best for me. Technician was nice and friendly went through every thing with me. Room was a good size too. A little bit on the expensive side compared to other spray tan salons in the borough.
