The salon is lovely and my treatment was excellent. Federica was extremely quick and gave me great advice for after care that I've never received before. However, I'm taking away a star because at the time of paying, I was told that the owner wasn't aware of the discount on Treatwell so was charging customers full price. I mainly booked because of the discount, so you can imagine my dismay. If there is a miscommunication between Treatwell and the venue, it is in no one's best interest for the customer to suffer. Fortunately, Treatwell has issued me a credit with the difference, but that comes with an expiry date and is not the same as cash in the bank. I don't think this was handled well by the salon, and customers should at least be informed BEFORE treatment if the salon is going to try to charge them at a different rate than what they booked on Treatwell.
