First impresion really bad. I had to wait for the lady she was late. Wax wasn’t warm enough and she started to apply it. The Room was really cold. The half hair was not removed and when she finished treatment, she left some wax on my legs , even didn’t bother to remove it, placed a bit of lotion without massage it to the skin and left. Said it’s done. I do not recommend this lady . It’s first time when I got such a painful treatment.

Staff was helpful and results were good but the tinting of the brows was a bit darker than I'd have liked. Luckily it will wear off fast.

Not enough stars! Absolutely loved my experience at Regency beauty, was offered a drink on arrival, the staff and very genuine and made me feel welcome and relaxed. This is now my new go to salon. Thanks girls
