Have visited this salon several times, the staff are always quick & efficient. Also this visit was better value than a previous visit - perhaps they have revised their prices - so I have increased the star rating for value.

Not the best wax I’ve had. Matter of preference, but the lady wasn’t chatty so made it a bit more uncomfortable but again, that is just a matter of preference. She kept putting the wax on too hot and I had mentioned this at least 5 times, which isn’t really acceptable to then keep on putting the wax on top hot over and over again. First time I’ve ever had this issue anywhere. Also, after she had done the perianal area, she didn’t remove all of the wax residue so was embarrassingly left with a sticky area walking around Westfield. Wouldn’t return.
