Regular Customer and so far very happy. This time my shellac was done by Nimi - stay far away!! She filed my nails down to the max and the colour application was horrific. It looked absolutely horrible and had to be entirely redone by another stylist. It was handled well by the salon though, Federica did save as much as possible but my nails suffered, are super thin and short.

I had a deep cleansing facial with Federica, and honestly, this is one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She was very gentle when doing extraction, and the face massage after the mask was just divine. My skin was soft and glowing after the facial, the 2 pimples in my chin were much less painful, which was amazing. I’ve been to some premium salon which charges £160 for an 80-minute facial, and the result was not as good as the one I had today. I highly recommend the facial with Federica.
