Not the best wax I’ve had. Matter of preference, but the lady wasn’t chatty so made it a bit more uncomfortable but again, that is just a matter of preference. She kept putting the wax on too hot and I had mentioned this at least 5 times, which isn’t really acceptable to then keep on putting the wax on top hot over and over again. First time I’ve ever had this issue anywhere. Also, after she had done the perianal area, she didn’t remove all of the wax residue so was embarrassingly left with a sticky area walking around Westfield. Wouldn’t return.

Loved my mani-pedi! The staff are so professional and friendly and my manicurist had such great attention to detail. The spa pedicure is so luxurious, including a sugar exfoliating rub, foot mask and foot butter. Heavenly!
