I usually love my manicures at Regency Beauty London but I was really disappointed in my latest shellac manicure. Lots of bubbles in the paint and nails already started to peal off only a few days after the manicure. Really disappointing as I usually expect much higher quality work.

Regular Customer and so far very happy. This time my shellac was done by Nimi - stay far away!! She filed my nails down to the max and the colour application was horrific. It looked absolutely horrible and had to be entirely redone by another stylist. It was handled well by the salon though, Federica did save as much as possible but my nails suffered, are super thin and short.
