Really enjoyed my facial and felt very relaxed. The facial left my skin feeling deeply cleansed and moisturised. Beautician very experienced, friendly and professional. Regency very clean and welcoming. Would have liked slightly longer assessment of my skin at the beginning of the facial to identify particular points of focus. Would come back.
