Had a very bad experience with LVL 5 weeks ago and my lashes are still ruined. They didn’t set and were wet leaving, when I got home I realised in horror the lashes were stuck together and went straight back where all they did was brush them straight again before getting home and the inevitable happened again. The staff didn’t deal with my concerns and promised to ring back on several occasions and didn’t. 5 weeks on my lashes are going in different directions short and fuzzy. Please don’t use this service.
