Venue is nice. I specially requested for Angela and didn’t get her. Aisha asked me after she cut and filed my nails if the shape and length was okay. I’ve never had a therapist ask this after why’ve already done it which made no sense. Once the length is gone it’s gone. I asked upon leaving why I didn’t get Angela, Sam who at reception wasn’t very friendly or apologetic. She simply said “ I don’t know”. Won’t be going back, not worth the money or service.
