I have been getting a shellac manicure regularly at regency for 18months or so, but unfortunately after this recent visit, I won’t be returning. The shellac manicure this time was very poor quality and not even close to the usual standard there. The colour is patchy and quite transparent in places so you can see the nail underneath, and the edges are rough and uneven, and the texture is lumpy and not shiny.
