There were minimal COVID measures in place. From the people who came in during my appt only 1 was asked for a temp check(no sanitising).There lady at reception was not wearing a mask (was under the chin). The classic polishes were old and had separated from not being used for so long, clearly no new polishes were purchased. My old polish was not cleared properly so can still be seen under the new one (also applied unevenly). Two nails already chipped on the same day.

Lovely salon and beautician was amazing. Manicure didn’t last as long as others with it starting to chip within a week and a whole nail falling off after 8 days. Will give it another go though hopefully was bad luck!
