I’ve had IBX with you guys before and it’s usually much more thorough with a nice clear coat to finish. I had to ask for a clear coat, which was first a normal polish applied to my still wet nails. The polish got all lumpy and I asked her to reapply. Then the manicurist put a gel/acrylic polish on my nails which got stuck to my skin. As it’s gel I can’t take it off myself! I have to pay again to get it removed as it’s not what I wanted and I’ve basically ruined my IBX. The salon itself is lovely

The treatment room was clean and cool - the air conditioning had already been turned on in advance (nice touch, considering today's hot weather). Karen is a very experienced therapist and has been super polite, caring and professional. I'm very pleased with the treatment.
