Federica was absolutely AMAZING! Really reassuring, talked me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. I’m not a frequent waxer, but I’m now a convert due to how positive the experience was, so thank you. Not to mention, I now have a flawless Hollywood, with virtually no pain…I will be back in 4-6 weeks as suggested. I highly recommend Federica 100% and the salon was clean, tidy and welcoming.
