I managed to book a massage within an hour plus on a Sunday super happy. I was in pain with knots in my back and Kam managed to release them.

Amita was very nice and did well however there was less than an hour till they closed and it seemed like the other staff members were rushing her to finish. No customer wants to feel like they are being rushed out the salon when they are paying for a service. And atmosphere felt like the staff were a little condescending the way they spoke to Amita. Affordable pricing but I would rather go somewhere else. Not bc of Amita but the other staff

Started treatment 15 minutes late. After the treatment I discovered that the lift on each eye was different which looks funny. Contacted the salon in a few days as I was not in London, and they just told me that I can only reapply the solution after 6 weeks, that's it. Not even apologies offered! Not the attitude I would expect from a place that is highly rated. I live close by and was hoping to go there for all my treatments but after this will not be coming back.

Cam was absolutely amazing!! You could tell she was extremely knowledgeable in regard to what she was doing. It was my first time wax, and she made made me feel very comfortable. I’m deffo going to book for a wax here again because of the exceptional service! Thanks Cam!!!

I’ve had IBX with you guys before and it’s usually much more thorough with a nice clear coat to finish. I had to ask for a clear coat, which was first a normal polish applied to my still wet nails. The polish got all lumpy and I asked her to reapply. Then the manicurist put a gel/acrylic polish on my nails which got stuck to my skin. As it’s gel I can’t take it off myself! I have to pay again to get it removed as it’s not what I wanted and I’ve basically ruined my IBX. The salon itself is lovely
