Worst wax I’ve ever had. A new wax was used which I'd never had before, without my consent. It didn’t come off well (the therapist said it was taking longer to dry, even after 5 mins). It broke when pulled which was incredibly painful and she had to pick it off in bits. I was yelling so much that I told her to stop, I would cut the wax off myself. I was ready to leave with the wax still on me, it was that bad. She layered hot wax on top to remove. A 15 min appointment took 35 mins as a result.

Great wax - very attentive , Neha communicated with me well and although the wax was a little painful there was no tugging on the skin so not too bad
