The lash lift was very good. The eyebrow threading though was not good at all. The eyebrows are not symmetrical, they were overly threaded and trimmed, even though I merely asked for tidying up on a visible shape. I am quite disappointed with the result which is visibly uneven.

My only issue I have is the price of a full face wax being £70, it's insane. They really need to compare to other salons in the area on prices. Makes no sense an arm wax is £25 but full face is £70. Please sort this out and maybe you would get more customers.

I was disappointed with the massage as the practitioner moved in a chaotic way which felt rushed. She kept making comments and asking whether I was okay which is okay at the start but then really didn’t allow me to relax and zone out. Unfortunately I would not recommend this massage.
