When arrived no one was wearing a mask. They put it on when asked but as soon as I looked away masks were gone again. I booked a relaxing massage and I guess the therapist was ok but she did not know the premises at all. No one showed her were towels are or where to turn on some relaxing music in background. Atmosphere was less than relaxing - also as staff outside kept watching videos real loud, screamed and slammed doors. Layout of room was tight so therapist could not go round bed...
