Beauticians are lovely & welcoming but the management/owner has terrible customer service and hasn't dealt with my feedback professionaly. They have ignored me for weeks and I politely asked to be reimbursed for an unsatisfactory treatment. It is sad considering I am a regular customer and have spent lots of money here.
