The wax felt rushed…unfortunately there were quite a few hairs left after the Hollywood wax which I had to shave at home. I wasn’t asked to check the wax and say if I was happy with it so there was no opportunity to correct it…

Terrible LVL AND SERVICE FROM NON EXISTENT MANAGER- one side slightly lifted &the other,non existent, she acknowledged it &tried on the other side again. It still didn’t work. I had two different looking eyes. I’ve had lots of LVLs previous to this, elsewhere, which all looked great. I said I didn’t want to pay full amount, as I was completely unhappy. the manager was called, who offered a £5 off voucher on my next visit, as if I wanted to return!??This is my 2nd bad experience here.Do better.
