When I got there, I was told that I should’ve booked a manicure on top of the biab as it doesn’t involve shaping the nail or fixing the cuticle. Because of this, the biab was applied really low down and started to lift within a week. I think it is unusual to pay that much money for a manicure and it not include the basics of a manicure. This should be listed somewhere on their website or the treatment pages

It was quite expensive for what it was, the waxing was a bit patchy loads of hair left for £90 I’d expect a super clean job, I usually spend £60 and get the same result.
