My appointment started 15 minutes late and it was clear that it was rushed due to a busy schedule. I wasn't given a towel to cover myself like usual, which is uncomfortable given that the door opens onto a big window to the street. The wax was rushed and wasn't thorough so there is hair left and I was left to clean the wax off myself which has never happened before in 1.5 years of visiting. There was a lack of care and good experience throughout. If it was my first time going, I wouldn't return
