Previous Shellac/BIAB have been great here, but since a few of the team have left I’ve had 2 different people do BIAB and sadly that hasn’t been great. Nice lady but she really struggled to remove previous BIAB (done there), also seemed much less experienced, and rushed at the end. The result was wonky nail shapes, tips way too thick, and the underlying/previous BIAB was showing underneath. I was so unhappy I returned which they helped to make it better, but it still wasn’t great or as expected
